LOVE
Small batch of sustainably hand gathered and sourced plants. Versatile sun protection that can be used as a healing salve, hydrating parched skin and face. Creosote Bush Larrea tridentata is ancient plant medicine of the Chihuahuan, Sonoran and Mojave Deserts. Most noted for that after the rain smell in the desert, Larrea is traditionally used topically for minor cuts, wounds, burns. Noted for it's antimicrobial, antioxidant, antibacterial properties.
Some folks know this for it's anti-fungal use HOWEVER you don't want to apply oil or a save to a fungal infection. In the case of a fungal infection, the use of tinture, acetum, compresses or soaks would be best. Larrea is astringent in nature along being an anti-fungal but when an oil or salve is applied to a fungus one is feeding the fungus.
