4:00 The season of Nopales and Tuna is arriving soon. Join Every Leaf Speaks Botanical Studies for a demonstration on how to process and the plethora of ways to prepare 𝑂𝑝𝑢𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑎 spp., nopales, prickly pear cactus. Please bring cups as a Prickly Pear based beverage (non alcoholic) will be shared.

5:15 Learn to make your very own kombucha, aka the Elixir of Life. Kombucha is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast that is filled with probiotics and helps support a healthy immune system. Limited supplies of SCOBYs (kombucha Mother) and grolsh bottles will be given away
